Apparently breathing was a big deal for 1940 as it seems much of the health advice revolves around that. Germans are passionate about their "frisches luft", maybe this is where it all started. There are a lot of neat pictures and illustrations in this one. I particularly like the mechanical man diagram for breathing. I feel like this could supply a fair amount of amusement and useful
