I have owned this exact paper cutter with DRP markings where that little rounded shaped area is on the Bakelite so I know this style was produced before the war but this could be early post-war made and they eliminated the markings

It is likely from the 50's and was only lightly used at most

It does not have multiple colors and the cover is fixed to shine downward

It measures about 23 3 4" long, 14 1 2" wide and 6 1 4" deep.
