With cats as our co facilitators, this 90 minute group session is a relaxed space where you get to explore themes around emotions, stress, and relationships through fun, low pressure activities and casual group chats. You won't be put on the spot, and it's NOT therapy Just a safe, friendly space to pause and reset.
