Gabbas 'Lillove' Cannonau di Sardegna, Sardinia 2023 Sierra de Gredos The wine spends 6 yearsGiuseppe Gabbas has 20Ha under vine in the Nuoro region the island and focuses upon the Cannonau and Vermentino varietals. In the late 1990s Giuseppe replanted some of the vineyards and invested in a brand new winery so that wines could be estate bottled. Lillove is sourced from 100% Cannonau (a varietal with similarities to Grenache) grown on deep granite soils which force roots deep into the ground to seek moisture in what is a hot, dry, sometimes
