This special drop is highly sought after and is not often available. Aged exclusively in 20 litre or 100 litre single casks for the entire maturation in their 1840s stables bond store. On the nose this whisky has aromas of lifted floral notes with sweet cherry elements coming from the Pinot Noir ageing. The palate is clean with a sweet explosion of flavours. It then settles to a
