To Produce this they take they macerate the Chillies in Low Wines before it is then distilled with Pastille Mixe Kombucha and then aged inside Oloroso casks for 5 days

DropWorks Distillery ferment the finest molasses and distil on bespoke equipment before soaking the velvet soft rum in American and French Oak Barrel Chips to impart the Sweet and Spicy flavours we all love. Incredibly soft and rounded with warming Vanilla, Honey, Cloves and Smokey Pepper notes. Suggested serve: add to any traditional mixer like cola or ginger, or with fruit juices like pineapple, orange or apple.
