The frame was removed complete from Polegate signal box on its closure several years ago and is complete with its later fitted direct tappet interlocking

She was laid up at Netley in 1935

This staff measures  23" long

these switches were fitted to the block shelf and allowed a signal box to switch out of circuit during times when the service allowed
