It has a classic Seamaster case design with screwback case embossed with the Seamonster logo and strong black dial. Powering the watch is Omega's top tier caliber 550 movement used in Seamasters from the era, and one of the last superior 500's series movements used before Omega began trying to reduce their costs. It and the caliber 565 were the top tier offerings
